Amazon Prime Day 2019 set to begin on 15th July

Amazon Prime Day 2019 date leaks

We have the first inkling of when this year's Amazon Prime Day will take place. Chances are it will be from 15-17th July, according to some digging done by homes website Real Homes.

The publication has received a press release about a Prime Day deal that's going live on 16th July. Asked whether this was part of Prime Day, the sender replied: "Yes, this is part of Amazon Prime Day deals on 16th July. The promotion will run 16th July to 17th."

Amazon Prime Day usually starts on a Monday, which would be 15th July. It usually takes place in July, and lasts more than a day (last year's ran for 36 hours). So this estimate sounds like at least three days of deals, 15th to 17th July. We've contacted Amazon in the hope that it will confirm the date of Prime Day. We'll update this story if we hear back.

Prime Day is one of the biggest sales days of the year. It sees discounts on all manner of products, including speakers, headphones, turntables, TVs and more.
