The new iPhones have launched, which means we are officially in the run-up to Christmas. And that means sales. Lots of them.
The first of the season, ahead of Black Friday, is Amazon Prime Big Deal Days (or Prime Day, as it’s known to everyone outside Amazon). The e-tail giant’s annual autumn sale sets the stage for Black Friday. And now its dates have been announced: 6-7th October. That’s less than a month away.
Last year’s sale took place from 7-8th October, and saw discounts on all manner of AV goodies, including wireless headphones, Bluetooth speakers, OLED TVs and more.
For the best hi-fi deals, however, you were better off at specialist retailers such as Richer Sounds, Sevenoaks and Peter Tyson, who usually run their own sales at the same time. Let’s see if this year is the same.
This year, could we see the first glut of RGB Mini LED TVs with money off? And is it too early for a discount on Sony's latest WH-CH730N and WH-CH530 wireless headphones? Let’s hope not.
