We're on day 3 of Amazon's Prime Day 2026 – but have the best deals already gone live?

If you're just tuning in, we've spotted a host of great deals on five-star wireless headphones, Bluetooth speakers and even huge savings on traditional hi-fi products. From budget Sony headphones starting at £29, a huge £500 discount on Bowers & Wilkins floorstanders, a tasty 25% off a five-star turntable and more – there's a deal for everyone.

There's also a lot of deals that aren't worth your time, so the expert hi-fi and audio team at What Hi-Fi? (that's us!) are here to help guide you through all the duds. We're only highlighting the really good deals on products we have personally tested and genuinely recommend – we don't want you spending money on something we wouldn't spend our own cash on!

Also, remember that specialist hi-fi retailers also run their own deals alongside the giant store's sales event, with some offering huge savings on more traditional hi-fi separates. Always wanted a pair of premium floorstanders or a fancy Sonus Faber speaker system, or want to see if that desktop DAC is any cheaper? This might be your time to shop.

We're here all week – Prime Day ends on Friday 26th June – and we'll be sharing plenty of advice, tips and fresh deals that you don't want to miss if you love a bargain.

If you are also interested in picking up a saving on a TV or Dolby Atmos soundbar, also make sure to check out our Amazon Prime Day 2026 home cinema deals live hub.

The best budget Sony ANC headphones drop under £60

We'll kick off with one of the best budget deals around. The Award-winning Sony WH-CH720N wireless headphones are some of the best cheap headphones with ANC we've ever tested, and they continue to lead the pack – even beating out new rivals when it comes to sound performance.

Yes, the build is basic but robust, and they don't have too many fancy features, but they get one thing right: sound quality. They are punchy, rhythmically and dynamically capable, and have plenty of detail that brings out textures and insights from instruments and voices – headphones costing under £100 have no business being this good.

The ANC effect is pretty great for the price too, and the over-ears are comfortable to wear. They were fantastic value at full price, but you can snap them up for as low as £60 at Amazon in this Prime Day deal.

Sony WH-CH720N: was £75 now £60 at Amazon

The affordable Sony WH-CH720N headphones sound great, boast solid build quality and deliver impressive active noise cancellation for the money. Add 35 hours of battery life into the equation, and you can't go wrong, especially for just under £60.

I’ve been working on What Hi-Fi? for the best part of two decades and have reviewed and written about everything you can think of, from soundbars to stereo speakers to wireless headphones. I have tested multiple generations of some of the biggest products on the market, so I’m in the perfect position to tell you whether a deal is worth snapping up or sitting on until it drops to a lower price.

I’ve been at What Hi-Fi? for almost four years, and in that time I’ve tested, rated and reviewed an absolute mountain of audio products, from turntables and wired headphones to Bluetooth speakers and wireless earbuds. I’ve also spent a lot of time hunting out the best deals possible, either throughout the year or during major sales events such as Black Friday and, of course, Amazon Prime Day. I’m no stranger to spotting a chunky discount, but more importantly, my extensive audio experience puts me in the best possible position to let you know whether a potential deal is a doozy or a dud. Deals abound for Prime Day, just remember that old saying: all that glitters is not gold.

A recent addition to the What Hi-Fi team, I come from a background in recording studios, where I often spent Prime Day scouring the internet for the best new deals on audio equipment. This year, I’ll be keeping an eye out for discounts on the What Hi-Fi? team’s favourite products, and finding any unexpected bargains that pop up along the way, highlighting the deals that are worth your money.
