Rega FSC Quattro Speaker Cable

I'm thinking of re-locating my speakers and would need to run my speaker cables under the carpet. If I go ahead I will need to change my cables. I understand these Regas are quite slim but am wondering if anyone has any experience of them. Am I also correct in saying that if I use them as recommended by both Rega and Naim, I.e. not bi-wired, that they are effectively half-price because of the way they can be split?
