High end Ipod interface to Amp.

Hi,

What would be the better high-end connector from the Ipod (touch) to Hi-Fi through the Amp. ?

I found the Pure i-10 or i-20, has good critics it seems, but what would be alternatives for such device?

note that I will buy a new Amp (Range around 1 000 Euros).
