Spotify has integrated its music buying service into its desktop application, making it quicker and easier to buy tracks

You've been able to buy the tunes you hear on Spotify through 7Digital for some time now, but the music streaming giant has now integrated this music buying into its desktop application making it quicker and easier to purchase tracks you want.

Previously users needed to purchase and download music from 7Digital's site, and had to right click a track to see if it was available, following a number of steps from there on in.

Now, there will be a "buy" button next to all tracks and albums available for purchase, that will allow you to buy tracks from within Spotify itself.

Once you click the buy button, you will need to click to agree to some terms and conditions, and then you'll be presented with a payment page for you to enter your card details.

Once completed the track will download while you continue browsing.

More after the break

A nice finishing touch with this update is that all bought tracks will be playable within Spotify under a "Purchases" heading on the Spotify sidebar, which will of course be ad-free and can be transferred to MP3 players and the like whenever you want to take them on the go.
