Sonneteer Morpheus
We first saw the Sonneteer Morpheus music centre at CES 2008 but it seems a year later the full production unit is finally ready for launch

Sonneteer has teamed-up with Reciva to produce the Morpheus music centre, a £2200 music server that will free your music from your PC and bring it to your hi-fi.

First spotted at last year's CES, see here, the Morpheus is now set for launch, and is capable of accessing over 14,000 internet radio stations and over 23,000 on-demand programs. Connectivity includes Ethernet, and the option of stereo Bluetooth to stream music from mobile phones and similar devices.

Thanks to an internal 100w amplifier, you just need to add a set of speakers to hear your digital music streamed from your computer or storage device.

We can only presume it's due for an imminent release, at which point it will sell for £2200. Head over to the Sonneteer website here for more information.
