Great job.....and I'm sure there is now a huge difference with your 2 channel, in particular.

A few updates. I now have a Marantz 8801 pre-amplifier and decided to go the whole hog with the 11.1 speakers. I imported an Emotiva UPA-700 for the surround speakers and it's integrated really well. I went for a variety of Monitor Audio speakers to try and keep the same(-ish) "sound". I broke the system in with Expendables 2 and it sounds excellent.
I also bought some blackout blinds after a conversation with the guy who was re-calibrating my TV.
Very neat looking set-up,would you be perhaps tempted to add a pj?
Have been thinking about it. Maybe around Christmas time!
Iv'e been looking at home theater instalations from av forum members, yours wouldn't look out of place on there mate
Some new updates. Have finally bought a projector, the Sony VPL-HW55ES, which I've had calibrated by Julian. I'm regretting not buying it earlier, as it really has transformed the viewing experience.
A friend of mine also made me some "caps" for the Bass Traps at the front so that I could hang the height speakers from them rather than rest them on the top. After an Audyssey Pro calibration, it has really opened up the soundstage to the heights.
