As we all know, Black Friday comes but once a year – and we're here for it, especially when the early Black Friday 4K TV deals are this good.

Take this Samsung flagship 2021 Neo QLED 4K 65-inch QN90A TV. It's had a whopping $900 slashed from the asking price! This is not a drill – it's a top 4K TV!

Sometimes, the offer needs no further fanfare from us. It's a 4K flagship TV, so you're getting Samsung's Quantum Matrix tech, AI upscaling to 4K powered by the Neo Quantum Processor, Object Tracking Sound+ to keep up with the on-screen action and a 120Hz refresh rate at 4K. A huge deal.

We recently reviewed (and gave five sweet stars to) its 55-inch sibling, the Samsung QN55QN90A – which has also been reduced by $500 to just $1300 (from $1800) in Samsung's early Black Friday sales.

The QN90A is Samsung’s top 4K TV for the US and Australia this year. Typically Samsung, it’s practically bursting with features as well as raw performance power. From next-generation gaming potential to a full suite of apps and services, it’s more than ready to impress.

Samsung’s Tizen OS continues to be the best TV interface this year and we don’t see that changing any time soon. Plus, it's as nigh-on perfect for app support as you’re going to find. All that’s missing is Twitch, VLC and TuneIn, but these aren’t serious concerns. As far as major streaming services and catch-up platforms go, it’s a full house and in 4K HDR wherever that’s possible.

You also get the choice of Bixby, Alexa or Google Assistant as your voice assistant on set-up and there are plenty of great utility apps, including Google Duo (for video calling) and Samsung Health, which boasts 3000-plus hours of health and mindfulness content.

We particularly like Samsung’s Multi View, which allows you to splitscreen your Tizen TV with an HDMI source in one half and YouTube in the other. Other highlights include Samsung's Quantum Matrix tech, AI upscaling to 4K powered by the Neo Quantum Processor, Object Tracking Sound+ which analyzes your space in real time to provide a better audio delivery, and a 120Hz refresh rate at 4K.

And – we almost forgot – if forking out $1700 in one go sounds a little difficult, you can use Samsung Access for TV to pay for it.  This is a monthly payment that covers your new TV, Samsung Care+ (a TV care plan that usually costs $500, but is free here) and some free premium content thrown in for good measure (choose between a year of YouTube Music Premium, a year of Showtime TV, 8 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and other options – all on Samsung!) for just $47.23/mo for 36 months (total $1,699.99).

Our advice? If you're looking for a well specc'd 4K TV ahead of Black Friday proper, this is one to seriously consider...
