We've been fans of LG's C-series for a seriously long time now – and the LG C4 is most definitely one of the best OLED TVs, hand-picked up our expert TV review team.

With the LG C5 is now available, it's no surprise we're seeing discounts on the LG C4's full price. But, we're still more than keen to recommend it given the LG C5's higher up-front cost. Especially when we come across a deal as good as this one.

With the 65-inch LG C4, you get a truly impressive all-rounder boasting vast improvements on its predecessor, the LG C3. These include upgrades on brightness, sharpness, rich tones and vibrant colors, as well as an excellent UI and flawless gaming specs.

And these impressive specs look a little something like this. Alongside support for Dolby Vision HDR, as well as Dolby Atmos over HDMI eARC, there's also four HDMI 2.1 sockets with 48Gbps bandwidth support for 4K/144Hz gaming with VRR and ALLM supported.

Plus, the built-in webOS 24 smart platform is intuitive, and we found its operation to be "flawless and super-fast" during testing. It's absolutely packed with apps, including a range of top streaming services (Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video, etc.)

Of course, there's a small caveat worth mentioning when it comes to picture quality, which is a minor lack of shadow detail in SDR. But, as we said in our full review: "Really, though, that minor flaw is the only one we can level against the C4's picture quality.

"It might not have the pop of an MLA set or a QD-OLED such as the G4 or Samsung S95D, but for a mid-range OLED it is superb, matching the market-leading Sony A80L in almost all areas and surpassing it with its warmer tone, richer colors and even smoother control of lower-resolution signals."
