Logitech Harmony 555 review

Stylish, sleek and intuitive. At this price it's pretty much unbeatable Tested at £60.00

Our Verdict

Best universal remote control in Awards 2007. Simple and very effective

For

  • Intuitive
  • stylish

Against

  • Nothing at this price

When the Harmony One first came out, Logitech had us believe the older models, like the 555, were in the process of being discontinued.

However, a year on and they're still available. What's more, the 555 is perhaps one of the best performance-per-pound prospects available.

You might have to do without the touchscreen, full-colour display and charge cradle of the One and 1100, but the software setup, which is arguably the best part of the package, is identical.

It can control 15 devices, has full, intelligent support for activities, and is very comfortable in the hand. For £60, it's an absolute bargain, too.
