Just one round and three games remain in the 2024 Six Nations, with the title set to be decided on Super Saturday. Ireland are in the box seat, but England are flying high after their surprise win last weekend. Is there one more twist in this tournament's tail? You won't to miss the final throes of actions, so keep reading to discover where to watch Six Nations FREE live streams online (use a VPN if you're traveling outside the UK).

Six Nations 2024 live stream: Round 5

Taking things from the top, Super Saturday gets started with a fight to avoid the wooden spoon. For Wales, this has been a shocking tournament. A couple of close losses were compounded by an out-and-out thrashing from visiting France last Sunday. Now they play host to the jubilant Italians, who have the chance to break their 8-year streak of finishing rock bottom of the table.

Ireland vs Scotland follows, with two sides looking to recover from disappointing losses of their own last weekend. Ireland's hopes of a second successive Grand Slam may have gone up in smoke, but they still have a four point cushion and their rabid fans cheering them on. Scotland will be desperate to finish on a high themselves with a possible Triple Crown still on the table. Their loss against Italy will still be stinging, but a win at the Aviva stadium and potential second-place finish will help make this feel like a positive few weeks.

The tournament concludes with what should be a grandstand finish in Lyon. England will know by then whether their immense last-minute win over Ireland was in vain, or whether they still have a tilt at the title. It's been a disappointing Six Nations for France, but there's nothing they'd like more than to bloody the noses of their cross-Channel rivals and go out on a high.

Six Nations 2024: Injury news

Back rowers Jac Morgan and Taulupe Faletau remain long-term injury problems for Wales and, although Warren Gatland has made a host of changes for this weekend (including a return for George North who makes his final ever international appearance) their through choice rather than being force through injury.

Full-back Ange Capuozzo is Italy's big loss from their huge win last weekend, having broken a finger during the game. Lorenzo Pani comes in at 15.

Despite their disappointing Twickenham defeat, Andy Farrell has gone with an unchanged starting XV. But Ciaran Frawley is missing from the replacements after picking up a head injury. Gregor Townsend has no notable forced absences to wrestle with, but has still chosen to make five changes for Dublin.

After his impressive first start for England last weekend, there will be massive disappointment in the England camp that Manny Feyi-Waboso is ruled out of this one with a head worry. Otherwise, it's the same line-up as last week for England ,with Elliot Daly coming back in on the wing. Antone Dupont remains the big miss for France, but the 23 is otherwise unchanged from their Wales win.
