Although there's much to admire, the Baton Mk II can struggle to gel sounds

There's much to respect in the way the Baton MkII handles music. It's a clear, revealing interconnect, that can isolate various parts of the music – whether it's the bassline from Rhianna's Breakin' Dishes, or the complex guitar work in Good Girl Gone Bad.
While it's good in isolation, the interconnect fails to gel these various parts together effectively. The marriage of vocals and instruments during these tracks is an unconvincing one.
