Currently I am using Van Den Hul's Clearwater
I find VDH quite dull when it comes to cables, so you should find them an improvement. See if you can try before you buy.
I wonder whether the Odyssey cables will add brightness to my B&W speakers. (see my setup on the first post)
Probably will add a little extra brightness but it'll be countered by chunkier bass.
I don't think so.
I don't think so.
"Don't think so" what?
As PP said the Odyssey 2 and Carnival Silverscreen are good cables and have their 'own' sound
The Odyssey is more detailed with deeper bass; the Silverscreen is detailed and smoother throughout IMO
I've got both but currently running Tellurium Q Blue in my system and its very impressive indeed. Very detailed, deep & taut bass and the top end is very open but not harsh/bright at all.

Highly recommended

My local dealer tried to palm me off with a few mtrs of TQ Black. He'll need a small mortgage for both Blue and Black. Whether the OPs kit would justify that expenditure or not is another consideration.
Blue is quite cheap TBH; cheaper than Odyssey 2!
The Black, for me is stupidly overpriced and not worth the expenditure!
Anyone tried the new Audioquest FLX-SLiP 14/4 speaker cables ?
Frank, does your comment apply to message 4 or message 5 ?
I don't think so.

Apologies PP, I read your post in isolation, not in connection with the OP's post before it. This would obvoiusly make more sense in relation to my comment about VDH soundig dull (in my opinion). So yes, I agree
Hi,
I use Van Damme lc ofc cable with B&W and very happy with it, a much cheaper option and have found it an improvement also over qed revelation, Atlas Hyper especially at the price, I bought it based on advice here, one of the best things I've done.
I bought a few samples of cables on ebay out of curiosity, it is best to try for yourself, sometimes it makes a small if any difference however I am happy and content with my cable choice.
Good Luck

Should be fine, although how much difference they'll make will come down to what cables you currently have and whether your system will have the correct balance for them.
I have the Odyssey and SilverScreen - the Odyssey are better - and the SilverScreen is better balanced for my room. The Odyssey will give a slight improvement but that improvement comes with extra bass weight and brighter treble.
Leema Pulse MKII-S; Naim CD5i MKII; Denon TU-260L MKII; MA RS6 speakers; Pro-ject Xpression 1; loads of different cables...
