samsung bd-p4600

hi my player will not play some mp3 tracks and it freezes the player but if i run them through audio converter from mp3 to mp3 they play okay!!also it will not play some.DVDRIP.H264.divx files ??,it has the latest firmware update has anybody any thoughts all advice wellcome thanks mick
