Pionner are just so slow at firmware updates....nearly all new Blu-Ray disks won't load. Pioneer sugested maybe it was my player, yet it loads ALL my older disks no problem. To fix the problem they sugest I mail them the disks that won't play...not very helpful.

Usually you just email them with the list of Blu-rays that will not play & they then try to find a firmware fix, although this is not instant a can take several months or more.
Having said that do you have the latest firmware released on the 17th April this year? link to firmware update Clicky
If you have the above installed, Pioneer BD Players do not like dirty discs so use a microfibre cloth to make sure they are very clean.
