Eager to have your say on which product deserves to win a hallowed What Hi-Fi? Readers' Award this year?

And – new for this year – is there a hi-fi or home cinema product from days of yore that you feel deserves a fresh shoutout?

If the answer to either of those questions is yes, then we have two bits of good news.

Firstly, we’ve just opened voting for the 2026 What Hi-Fi? Readers’ Award.

And secondly, as part of our 50th birthday celebrations, we’re running a second reader-voted award. Specifically, and for one year only, our Golden Anniversary Readers' Award.

What Hi-Fi? Readers’ Award 2026

Voting is live now and will run until the 28th September. All you have to do is tell us which product in the poll below is most worthy of a What Hi-Fi? Award.

The top-voted product will then be crowned this year’s Readers’ Award winner at the What Hi-Fi? Awards 2026 ceremony on 12th November, and join an elite pantheon of past winners.

Over the past three years, these have been the 2025's reader favourite, the Ruark Audio R610, 2024’s winner, the Q Acoustics 5050 and 2023’s top dog, the Cambridge Audio MXN10.

This year’s shortlist is populated by the most popular reviews we’ve published over the past year and includes everything from cutting-edge new RGB Mini LED TVs to stereo amplifiers from hi-fi heavyweights.

Golden Anniversary Readers' Award

Next up is our Golden Anniversary Readers' Award.

As the name suggests, this is a special Award we’re only running this year that lets you vote on your favourite product from all of our Readers' Award winners.

The list includes every product that’s won the trophy, all the way back to our first winner in 2008, which, believe it or not, was the Sony PlayStation 3 games console.

To vote, all you have to do is pick your favourite in the poll.

If you’re feeling particularly passionate, drop a comment on this page and let us know your choice and why you think it deserves to win. We're eager to hear your rationale!
