What Hi-Fi? Verdict

Despite sounding a touch lean, The Orbit is definitely worth an audition

Pros

  • +

    Even-handed delivery

  • +

    spacious sound

Cons

  • -

    We'd like meatier bass

There's a lot to like as far as The Orbit is concerned. It's even-handed; there's no high note too brash, no bass note too tubby. Vocals and instruments are treated to a great deal of separation, too. Our only gripe? Well, it's a touch lean - just enough to rob the cable of a star.
