Monitor Audio Airstream A100

Over the last year we've seen Monitor Audio dabble in products from iPod docks to desktop speakers, and the Airstream A100 sees the company try its hand at stereo amplifiers.

Aesthetically it reminds us of the NAD D 3020, and in terms of performance it's extremely close between the two. This is an excellent amplifier and a worthy rival to the 3020.

Q Acoustics Media 4

Sony MDR-EX650

A striking pair of headphones, the MDR-EX650 aren't just about the style. There's substance in there too.

Performance-wise we barely found any faults with them, and they are amongst some of the more comfortable in-ears we've tested. You won't find many offering this level of performance at this price range.
