NEXUS 7 - AGAIN !!!

Hi

 

Does the Nexus play wma files ? If not what is the best way to convert them to mp3 format and how do you copy cd's onto it.

 

If it does how do you get them onto it as straight forward syncing is not working.

 As far as i can remember the N7 doesn't support WMA out the box (and doesn't support DRM protected WMA at all).

Poweramp or winamp will play them though. Both available on Play.

 I just use Play Music to manage/play music on my Nexus now as its by far the easiest/faff free way to do it.

Install the the Play Music Manager on your PC, point it at your music folder it will then scan and match/upload to the cloud and will automatically transcode WMA, AAC, FLAC and OGG to 320k MP3.

Once in the cloud you can then stream or download for 'offline' playback
