Time to upgrade Sony STR-DA 1200ES?

L&G looking at upgrading my current (4 year old) AV Receiver (Sony STR-DA1200ES) to either a Sony STR-DA2400ES or Onkyo TX-NR609. I'd appreciate help in knowing if it's worth upgrading at this time? and or, any other AV's worth thinking about (budget £500-£600)... Thanks The Zig !
