Arcam AVR200 problem - help please!

Hi, anyone have any idea what might be wrong with my Arcam AVR200 receiver? I can turn it on (Green power light comes on), but the display screen on the unit remains blank and I'm getting no output to the speakers. The unit isn't on mute and as far as I know the display hasn't inadvertently been turned off. Any ideas anyone?
Your best hope is to give Arcam Technical a ring....they're very helpful, but can be slow to respond to email, so use the phone.
It may have to go back, but you might be lucky.
