Black Friday may traditionally not be set to happen until the end of next week. But that hasn’t stopped a number of stores following the good ol’ the early bird gets the worm philosophy and pulled the trigger early.

Go onto any store now and you’ll be flooded with more “deals” on everything from affordable TVs to premium projectors and Dolby Atmos systems than any normal human could hope to keep track of.

Which is why we’ve decided to launch our Black Friday 2025 home cinema deals live hub now, where our team of home cinema experts will drop our curated picks of the best home cinema deals to be had in real time.

Even though we publish more deals content and buying advice than normal during Black Friday, our strict editorial standards remain steadfast. That means, outside of very special exceptions that we’ll flag, every deal will be on a product we’ve fully tested and have price checked to make sure it’s worth your time and money.

On the off chance you don’t find a deal you like, or would like some personal buying advice from our team of experts you can ask in our Live Q&A, which we’ll be monitoring throughout the event. If you’re after something that makes noise you can also jump over to our best Black Friday 2025 hi-fi deals live hub, where the audio team’s offering its picks of the best savings.

Some advice from the team

Black Friday may have properly started on most stores. But remember, the event is a marathon not a sprint these days. We're expecting the sale to run until the clock strikes midnight on Cyber Monday (1st November).

So you don't need to rush. There's a lot of time to browse and see what the stores offer over the whole period.

On top of that, remember, not all the deals are worth your time or money. As a team of professional shiny things chasers that have been covering Black Friday since it became a thing in Europe and the UK, we've seen plenty of terrible deals appear during the event.

Common themes include huge savings on terrible products that aren't worth your money even if their heavily discounted and savings that aren't as alluring as they first appear if you check the item's price history.

To help you avoid all these pitfalls we've penned a Black Friday 2025 Survival Guide, to help you avoid wasting money this deals season.

Which stores are running Black Friday sales?

At this point, despite not actually being the final Friday in November, it’s easier to list the retailers that aren’t running Black Friday sales than the ones that are.

That means there are currently a wealth of home cinema deals covering everything from affordable Mini LED TVs to premium Dolby Atmos sound systems doing the rounds on all the big name shops, as well as more niche specialists. Below you can see quick links to the main ones our team is keeping an eye on in the UK and US, plus some of the top discounts we’ve spotted on them that are live right now.

Is it Black Friday now?

Black Friday proper is officially set to happen on the 28th of November. But, as has been the case for the past few years, many stores are already running deals with the branding. Which is why we’ve launched this guide now.

The good news is we’ve already spotted some decent home cinema deals. We’ve included a quick selection of the top ones below that are live right now.

Sony Bravia 8A
Save £700
Sony Bravia 8A: was £2,399 now £1,699 at Sevenoaks Sound and Vision

The Sony Bravia 8A has almost the exact same specs as the five-star Sony Bravia 8, including the balanced, immersive picture and impressive audio. The big difference is the Bravia 8A's lack of a backlight on the remote and fewer credits for Sony Pictures Core – but given the Bravia 8 is currently £200 more, this deal is well worth considering.
