Project turntable and phono extensions

I want to bring my Project turntable downstairs and use it with my home cinema receiver ( as opposed to listening to vinyl in the wife's front bedroom/dressing room ).

 The turntable will be situated about 3 meters from from the amp, so I'm after a good quality phono extension cable.

 Any advice will be appreciated.
