Original Rega Planar 2

Thinking of digging out my TT orginal with the RB300 arm and Linn K5 cartridge. I see rega off an upgraded motor for this, has anyone done it and was it worth it sonically?

Didn't the original Planar 2 come with the R200 arm?

I would suggest you set it up and see what it sounds like before you think about upgrades.
