Audiolab M-DAC vs Burson HA-160DS

I bet this is a bit of a long shot but would anyone know how these two compare?
On paper the Audiolab looks much better as it actually has an asynchronous USB and the DAC is the Sabre ESS9018. As well as having much more interesting in/outputs but was just wondering if anyone had any idea how the actual sound output to headphones compares?
