Worried about finding a decent hi-fi or home cinema deal during Amazon Prime Day?

Not sure which products are worth your attention? Or, if you have one in mind, what price should you wait for it to drop to before pulling the trigger?

Going one stage further, as a ‘serious’ hi-fi and home cinema aficionado, are you unsure if it’s even worth keeping tabs on Prime Day at all?

These are all very reasonable concerns, especially given how Prime Day has evolved into a week-long event – how Amazon got the word ‘day’ past the Advertising Standards Authority is beyond us…

It’s also particularly true for enthusiasts, with Amazon’s best deals often limited to wireless headphones and affordable TVs rather than powerhouse stereo amplifiers or serious speakers.

Even then, most of the decent savings are usually hidden underneath a mountain of poor deals, on products that have been cheaper in the past, or aren’t worth your money even when discounted.

Which is why we have decided to take our Prime Day coverage one step further. As well as live coverage of the best deals as we spot them, we’re also going to be running a Live Q&A, allowing you to get personalised advice from our experts.

Not sure which new OLED to get? Our TV and AV editor, Tom Parsons, is on hand to help.

Wondering if that pair of swish floorstanding speakers we gave five stars to a few months ago will be discounted? Hi-fi and audio editor, Kashfia Kabir, is here.

In fact, the entire What Hi-Fi? team will be offering answers to all your Prime Day questions between 1.00-2.00 pm tomorrow (Tuesday, 23rd June).

But no need to wait – the the Live Q&A is already live, ready for you to post your questions. Just log in to your account (or sign up) using the link below, and get posting.

Once the event starts, our experts will work through all the queued questions in chronological order.
