Sky Picture

I have my Amstrad DRX 890 connected to my Denon AVR1911 then to the TV.
Am I right in thinking that HD broadcasts are sent in 720i?
What would be better?
Amstrad set to 1080i output
or
Amstrad set to 720p and my Denon upscale to 1080p?
Thanks

All HD channels on Sky are broadcast @ 1080i.
As MH suggests i'd set your box to auto and let the Denon (or your TV) handle upscaling/de-interlacing

Sky HD is I believe usually 1080i, some being upscaled to this. I would set it to auto and let the Denon process the image.
