If you can get an American IP address either through a work VPN or proxy server, then I strongly recommend trying the Pandora internet radio station.  It's fantastic!

I second that, much better than Spotify. Used to listen just by logging in with a US postcode (90210 of course!) Absolutely gutted when they tightened up on overseas IP addresses.

Just moved to the US and Pandora is excellent and provided as an app in many internet enabled blurays, TVs and STBs too.


On the downside spotify doesn't work any more and iplayer is knackered. You win some...


I've messed around with VPNs etc but have yet to get a satisfactory solution.
