NEWS: Dali celebrates 25 years with Limited Edition Helicon 400 speakers

First unveiled at CES in Las Vegas in January, Dali's 25th Anniversary Limited Edition Helicon 400Mk2 speaker is now available for £5300 a pair.

The speakers are finished in high-gloss piano black and feature a gold badge on the front of the cabinet, plus a Limited Edition nameplate on the rear.

The Helicon 400 LE 25th features a proprietary 25mm Dali hybrid tweeter module, combining a ribbon and a low-mass, soft-dome, and two high-performance 16.5cm mid/woofer drivers with Class A magnet systems.

Internally, the crossover uses audiophile grade components similar to those used in Dali's Euphonia series.

And the speakers are fitted with dual sets of vice-grip screw terminals for biwiring or biamping.

The Helicons measure 102.7cm x 26.8 x 50.2cm (hwd), weigh 32Kg and are magnetically shielded. Nominal impedance is 4ohms, recommended amp power is 50-300w and sensitivity is 88db/w/m.
