CEDIA NEWS: Live reports from the CEDIA Show in Colorado, USA

We're winging our way across the Atlantic today to the 'mile high' city of Colorado, where the CEDIA Expo opens tomorrow morning.

Never heard of CEDIA? It stands for the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association, and we've already covered the UK CEDIA show here in London earlier this year.

But the US event is on an all together different scale, rivalling CES in Las Vegas as one of the major consumer electronic events of the year.

We're expecting major announcements from a host of well-known hi-fi and home cinema companies, and among those exhibiting are Arcam, Crestron, DTS, Dolby, KEF, Linn, Meridian, NAD, Russound, Planar, Projectiondesign, SIM2, Toshiba, Sharp, Sony, JVC, Monster, Runco and Polk Audio.

As soon as we touch down in Denver we'll be making a dash for the Colorado Convention Center to ensure you get all the latest news first.

We'll be posting regular updates from the show over the next four days, so if you want to know what's happening in the world of hi-fi and home cinema across the pond, you'll find it all here.
