NEWS: Heroes returns to the BBC in high definition this spring

Hold on to your hats – the second series of Heroes is coming to the BBC in high definition this spring, along with new series of Gavin and Stacey and BAFTA-winner That Mitchell & Webb Look.

Other HD highlights include comedy drama Desperados which follows two lawbreakers laying low in a quiet West country fishing village, and Grammy Award-winning singer Jill Scott plays the lead in No.1 Ladies Detective Agency, set in Botswana. Glenn Close stars in legal thriller Damages.

There's also a new series of Later... With Jools Holland, and I'd Do Anything sets Graham Norton and Sir Andrew Lloyd-Webber on a search for young talent to star in Oliver!

And if you fancy a spot of cooking, you'll even be able to view the blessed Delia in high-def as she whips up some tasty dishes when she's not watching her beloved Norwich.
