subwoofer frequency response

I am intrested in wharfedale SW150 sub or MS 309i sub but both have frequency response stated  35Hz and above .Presently using yamaha NSP-110 <PSW-130 sub> package with yamaha RXV-357 amp.My question is that adding either one of the above 10" sub{SW150 or MS 309i) will improve the lower bottom.I desperately intrested in the frequency range from 20Hz .My budget is $400. Help me.

 When it comes to subwoofers, the lowest few Hertz are hard-won. I. not sure there's anything much in the sub-$400 arena thats going to get you down to 20Hz - that's going to mean a much bigger and mor powerful sub.
