The greasy surface has wreaked havoc over the past couple of days, causing numerous crashes, most notably the fracas that saw Daniel Ricciardo break a bone in his hand. His replacement, F1 rookie Liam Lawson, starts from the back of the grid after being parachuted in at the 11th hour, and anything other than dead last would probably be seen as a success.
