While £30 is a king's ransom next to the bargain HDMI cables around, the Vivanco delivers the goods: it's not as dramatic a system enhancer as Chord's £50 SuperShield, but it provides clear improvements in sound and vision over free and budget cables.
You'll see smoother motion, less shimmering on edges and reduced fizzing on fine details, while bass and treble have greater polish.
