Onix OA22 based system

Am considering using a venerable Onix OA22 integrated amplifier (and my Mac Powerbook) as the basis of a new system.
Given that both the original Eclipse TD510 speakers and the Chordette Gem DAC appear to be available at less than their original list prices now, they look like attractive options ... or am I missing some significant compatibility issues?
