Samsung and Canvas HiFi have announced the Samsung HiFi S99H, a new edition of the Korean giant's flagship OLED TV, married to a soundbar from the Danish audio brand.
Two versions of the Canvas soundbar are available with this particular TV model – the standard Canvas with 1000W of Class D amplification, or the larger Canvas L with a staggering 1500W.
The Samsung HiFi S99H will make its debut at IFA 2026 in Berlin this week, and will be available in 55-, 65-, 77-, and 83-inch sizes.
Prices start at $7,999 (UK and AU$ are TBC) – we tested the 55in version of this TV at £2499 / $2500 / AU$3999 back in June, so you can see this HiFi version is very much a premium product.
A fixed floor stand or wall mount is included, and there's an optional rotating floor stand available in aluminium or black.
Samsung has described the S99H HiFi as "more than simply the combination of a TV and a sound system.
The ambition is to create a new category in which true HiFi, picture quality and furniture design are developed as one integrated solution — developed for consumers who do not want to choose between performance and interior design."
We've previously tested the Canvas HiFi 65 soundbar and were very impressed by its clear, detailed sound and excellent handling of voices. We're yet to test the Canvas L, which Canvas HiFi has marketed as the "world's first audiophile soundbar".
Both Canvas soundbars are stereo, but include Baach's 3D audio processing to create a wider and more immersive soundstage.
In our Samsung S99H review, we gave the flagship OLED five stars, but noted that the audio lacked volume and bass weight. The HiFi S99H looks to rectify this shortcoming.
The Samsung HiFi S99H will be available in selected Canvas showrooms from October, with the Canvas L version available later this year.
