The Award-winning Sony XM5 wireless earbuds are almost $100 off right now
$203 for these five-star buds is one hell of a deal

In the market for premium wireless earbuds at a not-so-premium price? Then we have good news for you.
For just $203 at Walmart, you can become the proud owner of a set of Sony XM5's for almost $100 off the original price tag.
It's a superb price for a set of five-star wireless buds that we're more than happy to recommend.
It's worth noting this deal is only on the Black model, but you'll only have to part with an extra $11 if you want the Silver.
Sony WF-1000XM5 earbuds was $299 now $203 at Walmart (save $96)
The five-star Sony WF-1000XM5 wireless earbuds won a What Hi-Fi? Award in 2024 for their class-leading levels of detail and clarity, top-notch musicality and timing and comfort, discreet design. They're a premium pair of buds with ANC, 24 hours of battery life (with the charging case) and come in Sony's trademark sleek finish.
The Sony WF-1000XM5 took the gauntlet from the two-time What Hi-Fi? Award-winning XM4's and ran with it, winning their own award in 2024 and topping the charts for the best wireless earbuds.
When they first launched though, they were a little pricier than the XM4's, but with this epic deal, they actually work out cheaper.
The XM5s have a packed out specifications sheet boasting Multipoint Bluetooth straight out of the box, meaning you can connect to two devices simultaneously. And the return of Adaptive Sound Control and Speak-to-Chat, which has become an omnipresent Sony feature.
There's an impressive battery life with the XM5s, too. You'll get eight hours with Bluetooth and ANC enabled, but that boosts up to a full 24-hours with the charging case on hand.
Design-wise, the XM5s are smaller and more trimmed down than ever before. And this redesign incorporates what Sony refers to as a wind noise reduction structure, which improves call quality when you're out and about.
Plus, there's also a noise reduction engine with AI machine learning to bump up that quality even higher.
And then there's the active noise cancelling that launched with around 20 per cent reduced noise in the XM5 compared to its predecessor.
And when it comes to sound, we said in our full review:
"In our opinion, there’s a definite change of character compared to what we’ve experienced when testing previous models. If you’re coming to the XM5 from a pair of WF-1000XM4 we think you’ll notice a difference.
"The new model doesn’t sound quite as rich or full in the bass but what Sony has managed to achieve as far as clarity and detail go is really rather special."
And this discount is pretty special, too, dropping the price of these premium wireless earbuds by almost $100.
