Two new Kimber HDMI cables have just been launched in the UK by accessory specialist Russ Andrews. And each is 'hand tested and certified to the 1.3 standard, enabling 1080p signals to pass at all available lengths'.
The new entry-level Kimber Kable HDMI is HD-09 (pictured), which uses pure copper conductors and custom designed plugs. It's available in lengths of 1m, 2m, 3m and 5m, starting at £53 and going up to £120. We'll be testing it in the March issue, out in February.
HD-29 uses silver-plated large-gauge conductors for less signal degradation, plus gold--plated connectors, and is capable of carrying 1080p signals up to 20m.
It comes in 1m, 5m, 10m and 20m lengths, with prices starting at £237 and going up to £1422 for the 20m run.
All the cables are sold with Russ Andrews' 60-day money-back satisfaction guarantee.
