I tried fallout and it just seemed like endless wandering around!

I've not seen Starcraft 2 mind...or heard of Mass Effect....Cool Isn't Dead Space the horror shocker one? Undecided Scary?

I think people are holding out for the new Deus Ex and BF3.

I know, fallout can be a bit boring when you begin, but its a nice game once you understand the whole story.

Dead space: i know, some people are too scared to play it Laughing

Mass effect: it was recommended to me recently, and i have been watching trailers..it looks awesome specially the last one.

Dude... you pimped that baby out!!!
Although this is currently a very good model, I would recommend changing your graphics card every 2 years (normal gamer) to 1.5 years (hardcore gamer)... because 1.5 GB is quite a decent amount for today... but maybe in 2 years you might need 3 GB.
BTW, why didn't you choose Intel graphics? I heard those are better. You might want to change to that in some time

500mb Hard Drive? That's a tad excessive!

RE: Your PC Gaming specs

My pc specs built 9 months ago

cpu intel 2600k

m/b gigabyte z68 ud7 b3

water cooled corsair h70

Corsair force 3 120gb sata 3 ssd this is used as a primary boot disk loaded all application and windows on it

samsung spinpoint 1 tb sata 2

western digital 1 tb caviar black sata 3

razer ultimate elite mechanical keyboard

pioneer sata dvd writer

corsair obsidian 650d case

corsair ax 850 power supply

corsair xms ddr3 1600mhz 8 gb ram

windows 7 64 bit professional retail

corsair speakers and sub with wired remote sp2500

monitor is a 23 inch ipl asus p238q

graphic card is a ati 6990 dual card.

My windows expereince is 7.6, everything elses is 7.9, the lowest score was the cpu and memory, i havent overclocked it all, the reason for fitting a water cooled cooler was to do with the supplied intel fan being too hot and noisy and its also neater and built the pc all by myself!

play a variety of games, ridge racer unbounded, mass effect 3, crysis 3.

The only problem i have is that the joypad isnt working, was a saitek rumble pad, sometimes when plugging in windows doesnt recognise it, tried the installing the software driver and also uninistalling it, still doesnt work, so any1 recommend a joypad with rumble
