Rega P2, P3 or Pro-ject Debut III Esprit?

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a new turntable, with a budget of £300 to £350, and i was wondering which to get out of the P2, P3 or Espirt? I know the P3 is an improvement over the P2, and i've found it sans-cartridge for £350, but what sort of cartridge should I be looking at for it, and is it overkill for my system, which is a Rotel RA04 amp with B&W 685 speakers? I suppose if I was going to get a P3 it'd need a separate phono stage to benefit from the increase in detail?
