Typical, spent the last year sourcing all the Originals!
I wonder how they sound?

Rega Quattro, Couple 1 & 2
I'd love a copy of Violator on vinyl. One of my favourite albums of all time, and always sounded fantastic on CD.
AV:- Denon AVR-2113 Receiver, Kef 1005.2 speaker package, Apple TV (3rd Gen), PS3 Slim, Sky HD, Panasonic TX-42UT30 TV.

I have the last reissue on Vinyl of Violator - indeed it sounds bloody fantastic
Just been having a scout around the internet. Cant find Violator on the 180g re-issues.
Any links to where I can get them from?

Thanks for the clarification stevebrock, some good albums there.
The mute originals sound great to me and the violator original mute CD is one of the best sounding CD's I own.
I do think the early Depeche Mode Vinyls sound superb and will take some beating.
I dont have Music For The Masses or Songs of Faith and Devotion on vinyl so maybe tempted to buy them, but will probably
wait to hear some peoples reviews before purchasing.
well I coudlnt resist, Black Celebration was purchased today as my original is a bit like snap, crackle & pop.
Anybody interested in these - Black Celebration is superb SQ wise - they are on Music on Vinyl, quiet run in and no surface noise whatsoever.
Very tempted to get the Music For The Masses as I only own this on CD.
Luckily my Music for the Masses is a lovely copy
