The Hut and Zavvi keep clear!

Just got my faulty headphone refund processed after they received it 2 half weeks ago!  Terms are shoddy too.  They take at least a day to respond to you.  Definitely going to avoid them in the future, the hassle is not worth it.  

Home cinema system: Panasonic 50VT65 (THX calibrated), Pioneer Bdp-lx71, Pioneer Vsx-lx70, B&W FPM Series, B&W PV1.

Gadgets: iPad 2 and iPhone 4s.  Headphones: B&O H6.  Dab radio: Roberts Dreamtime.

Very poor indeed. It will not do them any favours.

Amazon

Although people malign Amazon, their customer service is excellent.  Once your return has been received by the courier, they begin processing your refund or send out the replacement product.  Never had a problem with Amazon despite the large number of items we have got through them down the years.

Apple lossless - Netgear Nighthawk - ATV3 - AVI ADM 40.
