YES, it would. But... all depends on room-acoustics when it comes to speaker-size.

Also this CA & Tannoy combination will have a quite overprojected soundstage with the upper-mids frequencys. (depending on style/sound of music played)

Could sound really great but perhaps not so mellow if you prefer that.

I for one like my Tannoys soundstage with movies/concerts in my livingroom, but will happily try some Spendor S3e for just a little more mellow sound when playing music.
