90's house music
English

I've just stumbled across an old Carl Cox album and started reminising about some of the old house music from the 90's. Can anyone recommend any good house albums/mixes from 90's?

I already have the original F.A.C.T. album (the second CD is good) but didn't like the second album so much. But that was almost twenty years ago so it might worth another try now. I haven't tried the Chicago album yet either.

I've tried putting music related questions in the music section of the forum before but they never get many answers. I find that they get a much better response here.

Thanks for the suggestions so far guys. I'm working my way through them now. Dance 4

Most of this stuff is a bit late for me but i'll chip in anyway.

Depth Charge ~ 9 Deadly Venoms released '94 but has work from late 80's on there, very early trip hop.

Nexus 21 ~ The Rhythm of Life released '89 Detroit influenced UK tunes later became rave duo 'Alturn8'.

I should have guessed that you'd be posting in this thread considering your forum pucture.

I started lisening in '87 and by '88 into the whole idea of togetherness, freedom with peolple coming together enjoy to the music and the moment. By the early 90's and defo by '91 the whole scene became commercial, became a criminal venture and capatalist, thats when i stepped back.

Its hard finding real early mix tapes but came accross Amnesia's Leo Mas mix from '90, theres 6 parts to it.
