Anybody out there have / had any amplification made by this audio guru?

I am particularly interested in the benefits, if sonically viable, of upgrading from a MicroGroove+ phono amp to the Groove. I would appreciate hearing from anybody that made the same step as to wether the 'bangs per buck' is a good ratio or not. [:(]
