Linx HDMI review

The Linx HDMI cable looks the part and has something of an upmarket feel but it isn't great value Tested at £7.28

Our Verdict

Not great value, others do it better for less money

For

  • Looks good
  • heavy duty headshells

Against

  • Not much improvement over freebie cables

The LINX looks the part, its gold-plated connectors, heavy duty headshells and braided cable shroud giving it something of an upmarket feel.

But it doesn't offer much of an improvement over its cheap (or free) rivals.

There's perhaps a shade more composure at the top-end – enough to earn it two rather than one stars – but otherwise this isn't great value.
