NEWS: Sagem goes green with new eco-friendly Freeview boxes

Small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, the Sagem ITD58NG ECO (£24.99) and ITD59NG (£29.99) Freeview set-top boxes also boast eco-friendly credentials. Each has a power consumption of less than 5w while in use, and just 2w in standby.

Both models are compact at 4 x 13.5 x 15cm (h x w x d), connect to your TV via Scart and should be quick and easy to install.

The ITD58NG ECO has a now/next programme guide which allows you to view the TV listings for the current day.

If you want to plan your viewing a week ahead, the ITD59NG ECO has a seven-day electronic programme guide for further convenience.

Sagem says both versions are available now from major supermarkets and high street retailers.
