Reading a few threads here about cassette players and reel to reel tape decks got me thinking.
Well after much deliberation and self doubt I delved into HI-Res music. I purchased a Fiio X3 and Sennheiser Momentum headphones.
I need help with "cleaning" my mains supply.
I recently invested in a Fiio X3 hi res player and reckon my Sennheiser PX100 ii may not do it complete justice.
While I save up for a DAC I‘ve connected the optical out of my BDP player to my old MZR35 Minidisc, pressed Record, taken the line out to my amp and Voila! ......music. Sounds good too.
I've done a search on this but can't find an answer. What are the remote control jacks on the back of my Denon PMA 720 amplifier used for? I also see them on many other hifi devices.
My Sony BDP-S373 when connected to my network will stream MP3@320kbps, play internet radio stations and will accept MP3@ 320kbps from a USB memory stick.
Can anybody recommend a good quality RCA Phono switch box? My Denon 720ae amplifier has one "Record Out" pair but I would like the option to record to both Cassette and Minidisc.
Having recently asked people on What Hifi Forums for advice I feel obliged to leave some feedback. I decided to opt for the Denon PMA 720 amplifier paired with Boston acoustics A25 speakers.
Does anyone have any experience of the onboard phono stage in Denon's current PMA-720ae amplifier. I have just invested in one (being delivered tomorrow) .
