I am thinking of using this with my Marantz CD6003 into a Cambridge Audio Dac Magic 2, would this be a good fit or a little overkill? Alternately I am thinking of using the Chord Prodac Pro!
First I bought the WireWorld Ultraviolet, not really believing a digital USB cable could really make a difference. Within 1 hour a trying it out on my Sennheiser HD650s, swapping it back a forward with a $3.50 generic USB cable, I decided to return the WireWorld Ultraviolet...and buy the more expensive WireWorld Starlight - there was that much of a difference!
The difference was way bigger than I'd believed possible. I had thought it already sounded pretty near perfect, but after swapping it back & forth it was apparent the smearing of detail, it was like the notes had fuzzy edges, particularly sibilance around 'S' sounds on the old cable.
So this is what jitter sounds like, I'd always wondered what that was.
The WireWorld Starlight USB achieves exactly what the box says:
"Jitter-reducing flat cable design improves clarity, depth and dynamics"

Currently I am using the Black Rodium Rhythm.
